Resumen
El presente artículo analiza la finalidad y contenido del Convenio OIT n. 95 de 1949 sobre protección del salario, específicamente las disposiciones sobre el modo y medio de pago, la libre disponibilidad del salario, el deber de información y las garantías salariales. Asimismo, se revisa de modo general el ordenamiento peruano para verificar el actual nivel de protección del salario en el país andino.
This article analyses the finality and content of the ILO Convention No. 95 of 1949, specifically the disposition about the way and means of payment, free and unrestricted availability of salary, duty of information and salary guarantees. Likewise, it’s revised in a general way the Peruvian law system in order to verify the current level of salary protection in this Andean country.
