Abstract
The essay aims to analyse the phenomenon of violence and harassment at work through an intersectional lens, integrating the prevention of this discriminatory phenomenon into general OHS measures. Proposing a discussion to guide research and legal practice through an integrated, intersectional and multidimensional regulatory model, it aims at overcoming the limitations of single-axis approaches and enhancing the synergy between anti-discrimination legislation, OSH protection, privacy law, and social policies. Particular consideration is given to the recent Italian regulatory framework, in the light of the ILO C. n. 190/2019, defining new strategies for the protection of workers in complex and diverse organisational contexts.
