Resumen
Un problema estructural que padece la sociedad actual es la dificultad que tienen los jóvenes para acceder y permanecer en el mercado de trabajo. Agravado en los últimos tiempos por la crisis económica del 2008 y la pandemia derivada del Covid-19, el desempleo juvenil centra la atención política de la UE y de los Estados miembros y se enquista en algunos Estados como España cuyas políticas muestran su dificultad para reducir sus elevadas cifras.
A structural problem that current society suffers is the difficulty that young people have in accessing and remaining in the labour market. Aggravated in recent times by the economic crisis of 2008 and the pandemic derived from Covid-19, youth unemployment focuses the political attention of the EU and the Member States and is entrenched in some States such as Spain, whose policies show their difficulty in reducing their high numbers.
