Resumen
El trabajo presenta un panorama general sobre las modificaciones a la Constitución mexicana en el año de 2017, en virtud de las cuales se plantea un nuevo modelo de justicia laboral. Se destacan las características de las nuevas instancias encargadas de la justicia laboral en este país, en el ámbito administrativo y judicial; así mismo, se señalan una serie de aspectos que deberán ser objeto de una reglamentación secundaria, indicando los desafíos que esto plantea para el legislador mexicano.
This paper presents a general overview of the 2017 changes in the Mexican Constitution under which a new labor justice model is proposed. The work highlights the characteristics of the new bodies responsible for the labor justice within the country in the administrative and judicial spheres. Furthermore, it points out a range of elements that must be the object of a secondary regulation and specifies the challenges that the latter implies for the Mexican legislator.
