Se formulan unas reflexiones sobre las líneas maestras que caracterizan globalmente las normas laborales aprobadas durante la pandemia, y se debate sobre si tales normas simplemente persiguen superar la actual crisis sanitaria y laboral o bien si pretenden hacerlo de tal manera que el futuro sea más justo y sostenible.
Some reflections are made on the main lines that globally characterize the labour standards adopted during the pandemic, and it is debated whether such standards simply seek to overcome the current health and labour crisis or whether they intend to do so in such a way that the future is fairer and more sustainable.
