Resumen
La Ley 18/2014, de 15 de octubre, instauró en España un Sistema Nacional de Garantía Juvenil. El antecedente supranacional más inmediato de esta regulación la encontramos en la Recomendación del Consejo Europeo de 22 de abril de 2013 para el establecimiento de una Garantía Juvenil, que reservó importantes recursos monetarios de la UE para los Estados miembro que implantaran un sistema para atender a los jóvenes desempleados que tampoco estén recibiendo formación. A lo largo de las siguientes páginas ahondaré sobre el régimen jurídico de esta Garantía Juvenil en España y su impacto tras los primeros años de aplicación.
Law 18/2014 of 15 october, established a national Youth Guarantee in Spain. The most immediate supranational antecedent of this regulation can be found on the recommendation of the European Council of 22 April 2013, for the establishment of a Youth Guarantee. It reserved important monetary resources of States UE members that implanted a system to to cater for de young unemployed who are not receiving training. Througouht the following pages I will eleborate on the legal regime of this Youth Guarantee in Spain and its impact after the first years of implementation.
