Resumen
La investigación tiene por objeto identificar y analizar las características fundamentales de la regulación española sobre el trabajo a distancia con la finalidad de comprobar si se amolda a las exigencias del trabajo decente que requiere la sociedad digital. Para ello transitaremos por las principales instituciones que han de caracterizar la regulación del trabajo a distancia y del teletrabajo como un fenómeno estructural en las nuevas sociedades digitales: voluntariedad, reversibilidad y reconocimiento de los derechos básicos para las personas trabajadoras a distancia.
The research aims to identify and analyse the fundamental characteristics of the Spanish regulation on remote working in order to check whether it conforms to the demands of decent work required by the digital society. For this, we will go through the main institutions that characterize the regulation of remote work and teleworking as a structural phenomenon in the new digital societies: voluntariness, reversibility and recognition of basic rights for remote workers.
