Resumen
Partiendo de la conceptualización de los familiares derechohabientes, su clasificación y los requisitos que deben cumplir, conforme a la Ley del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado, para que el mismo Instituto como órgano asegurador les atribuya tal carácter, este trabajo, con apoyo en los métodos analítico y comparado, tiene como objetivo el estudio de los requisitos que deben cumplir los familiares derechohabientes para acceder a los derechos de sucesión pensional y conservarlos en los seguros de riesgos de trabajo y vida, aunque algunos de ellos, transgredan sus derechos fundamentales.
Starting from the conceptualization of the entitled relatives, their classification and the requirements that they must meet, in accordance with the Institute of Security and Social Services of State Workers Act, so that the same Institute as insurance body attributes such character to them, this work, with the support of analytical and comparative methods, has the objective of studying the requirements that beneficiary relatives must meet to access pension succession rights and keep them in work risk insurance and life, even if some of them violate their fundamental rights.
