Análisis crítico del Convenio 90 de 1948 sobre el trabajo nocturno de los menores (Industria), en el que se abordan las diferentes etapas históricas y el contexto social correspondiente, donde se resuelve la justificación del esquema normativo instruido y se identifican áreas de mejora. Lo anterior basado en el enfoque iusnaturalista pro operario.
Critical analysis of Convention 90 of 1948 on the night work of minors (Industry), the different historical stages and the social context that involved each of them are addressed, resolving the justification of the instructed normative scheme, identifying the areas of improvement that it presents, based on the pro-operative iusnaturalist approach.
