Abstract
This work analyzes the legal aspects of telework in Mexico. The backgrounds of the subject are reviewed along with the Federal Labour Law additions, the main concepts, and the legal formalities that labour contracts must include regarding telework. Furthermore, the obligations and rights acquired by both employees and employers under this framework are explained, as well as the difficulties and challenges for the application of the new rules.
