Resumen
A lo largo de la historia, la enfermedad ha dejado su impronta en el espacio. Como antaño la peste, el cólera o la tuberculosis, la irrupción del Covid-19 condiciona hoy el diseño de los lugares de convivencia. Siendo la empresa uno de ellos, era de esperar que acusara notables cambios, que se suman a los derivados de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial. Interesa, en primer término, abordar la incidencia de la pandemia en la proliferación de diversas modalidades de teletrabajo distinguiendo, en primer lugar, el motivado por el Covid-19, del instaurado en la empresa por causas organizativas. En segundo lugar, procede clasificar las diversas modalidades de teletrabajo en función de la menor o mayor libertad que concedan al asalariado las nuevas tecnologías. Y, en tercer lugar, hacer hincapié en el contenido de los derechos del trabajador, a fin de constatar la influencia que en ellos pudiera irrogar la prestación de servicios extramuros del entorno que vio nacer al derecho del trabajo.Throughout history, disease has left its mark on space. Just like the plague, cholera or tuberculosis in the past, the arrival of Covid-19 has conditioned the design and use of places for living together. Since the company is one of them, it was to be expected that it would undergo notable changes, which would be added to those resulting from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is interesting, in particular, to tackle the impact of the pandemic on the proliferation of different forms of teleworking, distinguishing, in the first place, that motivated by Covid-19, from that established in the company for organisational reasons. Secondly, it is necessary to classify the various forms of teleworking whose performance is permitted by current regulations. And, thirdly, the regulation of the rights of this worker must be addressed, in order to ascertain the impact on them of the provision of services outside of the environment in which the labour law was created.
