¿Abogados contratados o falsos autónomos? Estado de la cuestión y actuación de la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social

Abstract

This work aims to analyse the situation of false self-employed in the legal sector, a matter of deep concern for young lawyers who provide services in individual or collective law firms in our country. The unanimity of the supranational instances in the fight against false self-employment, as well as of the Spanish Administration, gives way to the analysis of the doctrine of supplication and of the jurisprudence on false self-employed in the legal sector to conclude by addressing the form in which the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate acts against this fraudulent practice.
